How do you get Strategic Weaponry? (White Giant)

Every time i try to buy some it says you cant on the common market. What do I do?. I have a nuclear missile corporation building them that SHOULD be suffecient. Why cant I get the Nucs I am a full member. Plz help because im doing this FOR my countrys defence.

you can get them through direct sales.

most people build their own. It isn't profitable to sell them. I you have one type of strategic weapon you can often swap for batteries or other types.
