I started an enterprise a few RL months ago. So I could increase my level. The first 200 corporations were easy. It was a bit harder to get to 300 and now I am at 360 trying for 400.

The problem is that now instead of focusing on building new corporations I am constantly trying to move corporations that are in countries that only have 10-20% employment levels to countries where they will have full employment.

Now I am leery of building too many corporations in one country (or in several countries owned by the same person) because I figure sooner or later they will lose interest in the game and stop managing their empire and then everything comes crashing down.

How do Enterprises manage to keep growing?

I have similar experience thus I tend to prefer building in c3s despite higher taxing.

The key to having full employment is setting up corps in suitable countries. There are two ways how to go about this, either using in-game search or just browsing world map, but things to watch for, or I watch for in countries I want to build, are:

1. salaries, the lower the better. say I have starting salaries for new corporations at 150%, then to reach 100% employment immediately upon build average salaries in targeted country need to be lower than that.

2. number of CEO corporations. if there are too many CEO corporations and too few c3 corps then chances are one will be competing for workers with other CEOs which is harder than to compete with c3.

and thats about it really. salaries and competition. it takes more time to find such countries but its well worth in in the long term is my opinion.

It has been awhile since I paid attention to my CEO.

I remember it was far easier competing in CCCs when the company does not need engineers. There are a lot of products that have 0 engineers if you do not upgrade effectivity.

The other approach is to produce the products that have low base salary requirements. That allows you to pay high salaries and still make profits.

I have the opposite problem, I tried to increase population and manage the country to better attract CEO's

But recently run into a problem that I kept exchange into one country High Tech Engineers, I have transfered in over 100k High Tech Engineers, but still keep showing short of 20k High Tech Engineers.

Where did they disappeart to?
