I've managed to figure out how to set up relief resources, and send them to countries in need of them. Now what do I do? ;)

Is there any action I need to take once the resources have arrived on site? Do I have to put them to work, or will they simply go about their business? How do I monitor them so I know when to bring them home? Or are they simply gone forever, used up in the relief effort? Thanks for your help.

I've never received them. As far as I can tell they do not come back. I believe the target needs to "unpack" the shipment. Unpacked workers become locals except in cannibal country.

If you have a disaster yourself and receive aid, don't unpack them until after the disaster is over. THen do so to increase the number of workers in your country. You might want to save a few of the teams in case of another disaster. They seem to come in two to a custumer!
PS is right about them being gone forever when you send them to somebody else.
