True Unit Stats (Little Upsilon)

OKay, so get this. I want to increase my defensive index so I plan to buy meself a few Radar Planes. I, however, do not want to take valuable workers from my CEO's so I decide to check how much Manpower a radar plane requires, this is what I obtained:

From Documentation source "Weapons":
Officers: 15
Soldiers: 40

From Documentation source "War":
Officers: 50
Soldiers: 90

From Simcountry Wiki:

Officers: 25
Soldiers 45

As you can see, I obtained three COMPLETELY different responses from three different sources, two of them from the same author and the "Official" source.

What I would like to know, therefore, is which one of these is true?

That list on the Wiki was lasted updated on the 9th of February of 2008. It's stated on the bottom of the page.
