B BorderC (Little Upsilon) All worlds 07 Jul 2009 17:06Link "willing partner" needs to have 2 Enterprises to start with. Then "willing partner" needs to place one for auction on the Cash Market. You need to bid (minimum price is 50 GC), they need to accept your bid, and you get the Enterprise.
