Hey all,

My corporations were doing quite well and starting to turn a bit of a profit, all of a sudden the hiring levels have fell on all them even though there are unemployed people in each job catergory. Any idea why this is?

You don't have enough employees to support the number of corporations. You have shortages in seven employment categories, shown by the number of people needed for 100% production being higher than the number of unemployed.

Even though you have some unemployed people in the categories that you shortages, it's still a problem. The corporations hire positions in proportion to one another, so it is unusual to have an unemployment graph continually at 0.

Adjust your priorities, and buy population or stop building.
