Can`t build corp in country with president (Golden Rainbow)

Number of Employees 947,981

I had 6 corp, why ??

You can't build corporations in countries with a president until you have 6 corporations.
You are free to build a corporation in a country that has no president.

Its says also that you needed to play at least a certain number of days to build.

hi, the manager, is it so? i copy n paste the whole message, it didn`t say i need to play at least a certain number of days to build,
only say i need to have 6 corp

Some times apparently some players won't get that complete message, but generally besides the basic required amount of corps, you also need to wait a certain amount of time before you can build in player owned countries.

I can build now after i got 7 corps. Maybe it`s more than 6 corps instead or having 6 corps or maybe i just pass the timeframe requirement.
