Over population (Little Upsilon)

Hi.

My country is over populated by about 2 million. I cannot provide work for these, i was just wondering if there is a way of getting rid of them? It is currently too low to sell, but is there another way?

Why not just build more corporations? Or better yet, invite CEO's in?

yes, drop your tax to 0% and put up a post inviting ceos to build, buy, or relocate in your country. Or build your own.

Only if the total population is over a certain amount, which mine isn't i'm afraid.
