New World Query (Little Upsilon)

Could anyone help

If i buy a country in a new world I've never played on before, from the Cash Market, do i, as the new owner, get access to achieve the levels (i.e. level 2,3,4) even if the previous owner of the country has achieved them.

Also if that country is a slave, but is my first on that world, do i get secured mode as i would a first country?

You will not be eligible for awards for 30 days. You will get a message to that effect when you make the purchase. Awards are based on the player account not the country.

I do not remember, but I do not believe that the country goes into WP when you buy it.

Plato is correct, you are not eligible for rewards for 30 days but you are able to gain levels. You basically forfeit (permanently) any rewards you would have gotten if you buy the country at a level higher than 1 or if you level higher than 1 yourself within those 30 days.

So, make sure it is level 1 when you buy and make sure it doesn't reach level 2 until 30 days have passed.

Yes, it will be in Secured Mode unless you are buying on FB.
