Nuclear Defense (Kebir Blue)

Does anyone know, or know where to find, the defense index points and man power levels of active nuclear defense batteries please?

not sure about the index points but i think it takes around 175 officers and 400 soldiers to man 1 nuclear defense battery if thats what your after
