Right, a bit of a mixer

I started a country on KB for 20days (20 coins - this was all that was remaining in account) and succeeded in a couple of days to reach Level 2 and get 100 coins as standard .. all good so far

However after this i purchased a slave off the market to add to the empire, but due to the statistics causing "average" level dips in score, i remade my slave (the bought one) into my prime and cancelled the original one i spent 20 coins on.

It took a couple of days again and i have eventually reached level 3, but now i have no coins, even my gold coin statement says;

26 SEP Purchased new country or enterprise on KB
Received 0 Gold Coins for reaching Game Level 3 on KB

I had heard buying a country negates rewards for 30 days but is the gold coin section one of them, and also i got paid for level 2 so has something about the way ive done this stopped me from getting the r

The first country you started from scratch so you fairly won the Level 2 award. But once you bought a country from the market, you are ineligible for any gold coin awards for 30 days. It sounds like you advanced to Level 3 within 30 days of buying that country. Therefore, you will never receive gold coins for reaching that game level 3. There is a warning message that outlines this policy whenever you buy a country off of the cash market.

If you decide to continue playing, you will not get any gold coins for Level 3, but you could try for the Level 4 award.
