Reserve a part of production? (Fearless Blue)

When I want to reserve part of etc. gasoline for my country because i don't want to buy from world trade and have montly use of gasoline xxx tons. I reserve part of my gasoline tons corporation production that means the reserved gasoline stay in my country for use?

The way I do this is from the corp screen use Offer product/review contracts/propose a new contract/ on the next screen-- key in your country/ on the next screen click on the country for recipient/ then enter the amount you want the country to receive monthly. Here you can make the contract expire in a few months if you want. Submit, then you have to go to the country and accept the country. If the country is the main and the corp is in the main, the approval will occur automatically. This looks convoluted, but after a day you'll be able to do this in 5 seconds--if you have broadband.
