Getting rid of a country (Golden Rainbow)

How do you get rid of your last country on a world? I dont want my country and enterprise on LU anymore...and wish to either get a refund on them or just dump them..but dont know how

19. Cancel Country or Enterprise - Option Moved [ top ]

The option to cancel a country or enterprise has been moved to the portal. The cancel options are in the 'Register' menu.

Do we get refunds on the countrys?
