"New Presidents can't extend their empire beyond 2 countries. Please become a Full Member to extend your empire."
Well, I've been a full member for a while. And I took this C3 country on GR that I'm trying to declare war with, but I keep getting that error message. I've gotten it before on previous occasions, but if I wait about a game month it let me declare back then. Not so this time, I've had the country for almost 6 game months and still no deal.
What's going on here :/ |

I've had gliches pop up here and there. Mostly they have taken care of themselves but in the case where they didn't, I shot it over to the gamemaster and it took a few real time days for them to get back to me but the problem was fixed. That might be your next course of action if you haven't done so already. |

It happens all the time. Pretty much every time I take a C3. I found a workaround: if I put the c3 in a federation, I can force it to go to war w/ a federation war vote. Strangely enough, after it is forced to declare war it usually functions as normal. |
