I have looked all through the documentation and cannot find the answer. Need to know what the minimum and maximum weapons capabilities of aircraft and helicopter carriers are.

Thats gonna save me a bunch of money.
I have some AC and Helo carriers and fleet commands for sale on open market but no buyers. Seems like a waste of money to just destroy them.
