My Army Units are divieded (Little Upsilon)

A few weeks ago, I went to war and airlifted a 2 Long Range Divisions to do the fighting. After I defeated my enemy, I tried to send the divisions home, but only one got back to my country and the other one was split into two trips.

I thought this was okay, since I only had a couple air lift units. But the divisions kept on being split, and now there are 70 something divisions, saying that they are being airlifted.

Some have 20 weapons or so or no weapons at all. This division can't fight, move, or anything. Does anyone know what to do?

The Jewel of the East

I had this when the airlift first came out. Each leg of the airlift became its own unit. I sent a nice note to the GM who fixed it up for me.
