Getting rid of offensive military airports (Little Upsilon)

I recently invaded a c3 country, sending in 2 air base construction units (big mistake) which set up 2 offensive air bases. i gave up the country when i took what i wanted, but now i cant get rid of the air bases. my air supply units now station themselves there and wont refuel or move anywhere. any ideas?
