Secured Country Air Support (Little Upsilon)

1) If a slave country is attacked, will the air units of a secured country defend it (assuming they are in the same federation)?

2) If a slave country is attacked, will the air units of a country in temporary war protection defend it (assuming they are in the same federation)?

Yes and yes. This is one of the rules that I'd like to see changed, war protected/secured countries shouldn't be participating in the defense of others...just my opinion.
