Anyone know if the game changes priorities. I set them as I wanted them by the beginning of the month and when I came back by the Sept. 15 they had changed. Is that normal?

For new players, yes. Turn off education automation, from "configure automatic systems" on the settings page.

Yeah, I know they are busy with all of the new features and stuff, but that's one thing that certainly needs improvement for the new players who need those automations...
