basically it just raises costs by like 400 mil a company and the reduction does not make up for the increase in cost
1 400 mil
10 4 Bil
100 40 bil
1000 400 bil
and takes away professionals from the country it resides in causing unemployment
added to the fact you pay up 40% in country resources. So set salaries to 250 buy quality upgrades and don't buy eff
this way you pay like 350 mil in salaries and like 25 mil eff cost.
now country can afford to eff because they can produce the professionals and the don't pay the country resources and allows them to build more
also if you need high level workers just produce teachers or nurses or llm and convert them into hlw

also for enterprise don't build big type companies like factory maintain or ammo comps
or gasoline, oil and such
build household, elec power, shortage ammo goods, medical and books
currently my most profitable company is an off air to air at 863.88M SC with a 100.3 productivity
I am actually learning this the hard way
salary down 2 mil for year factory up 45 mil
however I stopped buying em

All CEO's pay 40% on production.

I do have my CEO's buy the AEPs though, but that is because I own about 600 corps in my own countries. With a good education system it is not hard to keep up with. It is a small subsidy to the country.

Also, if you are buying a lot of pop and building a bunch of corps at one time, don't buy the AEP b/c the system, even with a great ed index, is already under tremendous strain, and the "helpful" automatic systems with kick in and suck ed and health workers out, causing severe shortages in these worker classes.
