I'm a newbie -
I would appreciate any help or direction on increasing available Nurses, doctors and Senior Doctors.

You have to increase their education priorities and the education index.

For the first objective follow, from the top menu:
1. Departments
2. Education
3. Education priorities

For the second, follow the path but choose build elementary/high school and university.

The Education index assumes the value of the lowest of the three sub-indexes. This means you are better off improving the three sub-indexes at the same rate.

These two measures are medium and long term ones.

For short term one, try to to exchange workers with another country.
