can anyone tell me how to make my enterprises buy shares of corps in my countries? i buy a few shares initially to get the ball rolloing, then set the portfolio targets i want in the country and the enterprises, but the enterprises dont buy anything. the companies sell shares to investment funds all over the place and hit their targets but my enterprises dont buy a thing unless i do it manually....and thats gonna take weeks.

It only takes a couple of minutes Jak, to sell shares to your CEO. Have the country corp offer its max amount (15% I think) and then immediately have the enterprise order 30%. Go back, sell another 15%, then order again with your CEO, continue until you have transfered the percentage as you want it.
Timing of this is the important thing. Look to do it on about the 16th of the month (game) just as the real time has gone past the hour and you should be safe from the investment funds snatching them for a couple of game days.
In fact, using the check boxes newly introduced you can ipo many corps at the same time.
I expect others can give you more accurate timings but thats the basic idea.
Some also like to use 2 browsers to make this process easier ;)
