What is the exact salary target to get the worker welfare up to 100 so i can finally get some production over 100%.

A lot of people here believe in the set your salaries to 300 immediately theory
at 150 you will see production over 100 if your other indexes are doing well

The main thing that helps production is having ALL the worker types needed to get 100% hiring.
