30 GC Monthly cost of enterprise or second empire (White Giant)

If I pay 30 gold coins to establish a second enterprise or empire what will happen to it in the event that I don't have the necessary 30 gold coins each month to continue the payments?

It will become inactive. You will not be able to log into the country or enterprise. Bad things happen when your country goes inactive. The economy tanks, education tanks, making your country pretty much a useless pile of Low level workers.

Thanks for the info on that Psycho_Honey. Presumably however if I was able to come up with the 30 gold coins at a later date I would be able to log back into it again, or would there be a cut off period after which this was not possible?

I think you can log in after some time passes if certain conditions don't occur in the meantime. After x amount of time the game will find countries and close them if they have been inactive for so long, or so I've read. Also a certain amount of debt will result in a country closing as well.

If you haven't reached a maximum game level to receive gc awards on White Giant world I wouldn't be so fast to expand. But if you get some level awards and are tempted to expand, I would go to LU. LU allows you to make money faster that can pay for your empire faster than any other world. If you focus on being profitable in the game it is very possible all your expansions will earn enough coins to pay 30 coins a month. It is even more likely that an LU empire could net you enough gold coins in order to pay for several worlds. But it won't happen overnight.

Thanks for the advice. I was thinking along the lines that if I set up an enterprise on the same world that I had an empire however I'd be able to use the one to help support and bolster the other?

Yes it will help. If you go to chat once in a blue moon, you will find people there willing to help you figure out how to do just that. I'm there usually, you may not see my name but I'll recognize you. Chat won't bite you
