Use Trade Strategies as Free Member? (White Giant)

I am a bit confused right now, because I am increasing the "Follow Product Quality Strategy" all the time and are now using 135% over the marketprice. But when I check the unsold products, it is best price strategy?

My question, can I use and profit from the trade strategies as free member?

Yes, I checked the unsold products and its Best Price. I use the Follow Quality strategy and on the Trade Strategy page, "Time" and "Follow Quality" are choosen, not Best price..?

Free members use "best price" or used to, i presume this is still the case.
