Not understand the economic sistem (Kebir Blue)

Hello, im having each month profit, most of the times in Billions, but my country cash instead of going up is going down. How can this be?? I don't do nothing new in my country for at least one weak, just login everyday and see.

If i don't do any new schools or roads, have profit each month, how can i have less cash??

What is your country name? Without it we do not know how to advice you. If you didn't remove the automations the game will help you buy a lot from ammo, consumption products, build hospitals.... These only show in the cash flow statement.
