The profit for my country "The Land of Reaper Jr" is above 0, almost at 1 billion, yet I'm losing 43 Billion from my total cash amount every month! WTF is going on? I haven't bought a single thing like hospitals or schools or transportation, yet I'm losing money like crazy and I don't know what it's from! Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?

P.S. How can I find CEOs to put some corporations in my country? I have a bunch of State corporations but I was told you pretty much Need CEO controlled corps to survive. Any way of finding people to put some corps in my country (without advertising on the forums)?

Your country still needs to buy the goods your citizens need, like bread and boats, which is registered in the Materials Purchased rubric.

I would recommend buying population and get some private corps in general. It's nothing much different from what I bet you are doing now. When I was new, I was reticent in closing any of my original corps. However, scan over which corps are "chronic losers" and close them. Build Oil, FMU, Electric Power, whatever to replace them, if private corps don't come along.

Careful with achieving Game Level 3 or above, or you will be subject to alien whims. In fact, you should be in another world learning the game.
