Alright so I have tried everything (destroying 90% of my defenses, shutting down hospitals, closing schools, changing government type, decreasing salaries of useless people who pay little tax, and everything else I could think of) but none of it is helping me make any more money, its only made it worse! so please someone tell me what in gods name should I do? what is it that I am not getting right here?!? this is my last ditch effort for help, so please help me!!!!
