Nuclear Plant and Earthquake? (White Giant)

If an earthquake hits a nuclear plant, what will happen? Nuclear fallout I suppose??? If yes, how much is needed to clean up and recover?

If in war you are hit with a nuke.The cleanup, if set up will help your country recover quicker

Oh sorry, thought it was meant as a joke. The cleanup will also help if a country near you is hit with a nuke, since radiation doesn't stay in the border.
