They only defend with the few def wings and garrisons they have.Thats any c3, not just the ones next to you |

No, can a C3 your at war with thats right next to you invade? Do C3s have any offensive military at all, or is it just defensive. |

They cannot invade you, they only use defensive weapons not offensive weapons |
