N NiAi (Little Upsilon) All worlds 23 May 2011 10:11Link If buying from GM, no. If buying from a player, they need to accept the lowe bid manually (if i recall correctly, if im wrong correct me). You can get population cheap if seller is eager or friendly to get rid off its pops.
