If you're placing a bid on population, and it's lower than the minimum bid, but it's still the highest bid, do you still get the population? |

If buying from GM, no.
If buying from a player, they need to accept the lowe bid manually (if i recall correctly, if im wrong correct me). You can get population cheap if seller is eager or friendly to get rid off its pops. |
