Public Corps losing money (Little Upsilon) (Little Upsilon)

All of a sudden a bunch of my public corporations are losing money. I've been raising the education and infrastructure indexes to about 120 (overshot a little bit on the infrastructure), but haven't started raising the health index. Many of these corporations produce a product that is in demand.

Currently your having some supply shortages. With space trade, world markets are trending tward high volume trade increasing supply and demand. Dept should be your primary concern.
