Products in stock not deliveried (Kebir Blue)

I have ordered products that show in supply, yet they still stay on my pending deliveries and are not deliveried right away. If the product is in a positive supply why is it not delievied right away?

Has it been over a game month? Most transactions only process once per game month. If more than one month has passed and there's still a surplus on the market, the next question would be are you offering market price or higher? Best price?

Too cheap and you won't get it.
