Cargo Shuttle not showing in Space Centre (Little Upsilon)

Three questions:

1) On Aug 02, 2801 (LU calendar) I finally completed my Space Programme and received my first cargo shuttle (it shows up in my country contracts via the 'recent purchases').

What I don't understand is that it doesn't appear in my country stock, nor in the 'Space Program' section.

However, it DOES appear in the 'space program' section of the portal page (Space program > List Shuttles).

Has anyone else experienced this and is it an error?

2) Can somebody clear up the requirements for launching/relaunching cargo shuttles for me? I have stockpiled sufficient numbers of Spacecraft Maintenance Units in my Space Centre and I assume that I need one on board the shuttle for the return leg of any mission (2 if it's a mission to another planet rather than a space station).

Question one answered - shuttles take a while to be assembled on-site. The first one seemed to take ages, but has now appeared.

Still puzzled on #3, though.

All I want to do is lift my ship from LU (where it was bought)to FB, but I can't do so without going thru a dock, which I don't have at the monent. Can anything be done to allow travel without trading to bypass the dock requirement?

Pretty sure subs are one of the things you cant move/trade in space.
