Help! Closing State Corps (Golden Rainbow)

So, for the past 2 game years my Light Artillery Shell State Corp. has been losing several billion dollars.
It currently is operating 127% production and 100% hiring, status on the market is green, yet it shows that no products are leftover. Produced quality is at 199
I've been checking the corps every day trying to close them and it says that it makes no economic sense to close them. Very frustrating as its losing roughly 15 billion each year and still no option to close the corp.

Some of the automatic help features for the country can cause this.

If you look under settings > automation you can find where to turn them off. This is generally a good idea it seems as they will still kick in if you do something really dumb up to game level 4 (I think).

If its selling all every month you should be able to run at least even with the corp though. Be sure you are selling at 10 or more above quality made (for a green product). Dont buy any quality supplies if you have the choice, try 150 or so. Keep salaries LOW (200 or even less).

Well i've got my offensive corps salaries set at 70.0 and quality at 250, then contracting all their full production to the country itself, Eaoden only build the corps if you're building up your own defence or attacking a C3 country, and Crafty have a look at my country 'the five boroughs' and see if i'm doing the right thing here with all these corps.

If a product is really red, in big demand, then sell at 30 above quality made, or some try more aggressive, say 60 above reducing by 20 each month
