My finance index reached c.154% a couple of weeks ago. It is now around 109%, and the trend indicates that it will continue like this.

My countries net cash is 3T and I have been careful not to get sucked into militarising my country. My corporations are relatively buoyant but the share value of my corporations as a total are falling. I can't help feeling that the shares element of the game has something to do with it but I am still trying to fathom this out and how it affects my country.

If anyone can offer any clues, then His Highness, King Garry Freeman of alba would be most grateful.

Are you a relatively new player?

If so then it is could be due to your beginners income booster which has declined or finished. This can be viewed on the financial statement and a graph is also available. Its drop, eventually to zero, will affect your financial index.

There are a few ways you can do that:

Play the econ game and dismantle your army if you do - there is no need for an army if you play the peaceful game but remember to change the setting on the level pop-up.

Increase profit transfer from your corporations - I noticed it is set to 50, change that to 80.

Build corporations that produce goods which are in the red - chemicals, electric power, factory maintenance units, household products etc.

Scrap any common market you have, although you would lose some points if you did that.

Lower taxes to attract CEO investment and then post something in the WG forum.

Look at the countries of players with high finance rankings for ideas.

Lastly, be patient if you make changes. You won't see an immediate jump as it takes time as it does with all indexes.
