I have several corps in my enterprise where hiring and production levels are about 15%. I have the production and hiring levels set to 100%. The country where the corps are located have more than enough workers to accommodate my corps. The corp info page says production was on target but its only operating at 15% but I have it set at 100%. Question I am asking is, WTF??? lol
Any one know what the problem is?

There are no shortage of workers, as a matter of fact a few countries has pretty low employment numbers, which suggest to me that there are more than enough workers. I also have compared the salaries with my corps vs state corps in the country and mine are by far higher. Not sure what the hell is going on with that.
Most countries where this is happening, all the corps in the country are operating at 100% except for mine.
And when I click on the corp, it says production was on target, as if I set it at 15%. I know if there is a shortage of workers, it will say that, but in this case, it appears that there are no shortages.

Theres two places to set hiring and production. New corps will go by the settings in country/ceo automatic settings and existing corps will go by the individual corps settings. Double check your individual corp setting (you can see them all at one go under manage corps), sounds to me like they are somehow set low or not manual. If you let the game set production and hiring (automatic) it will generally mess you up.

check auto hiring and production and or swap out for something more red.
like if you have companies that are always green. they need to go
set production and hiring at 100%
turn off auto build corps
turn off auto hiring and prod

Matt Patton = "LH" ?

Let the "investigation" begin...ha-ha... ;)

Really never knew "LH" (aka "Little Hitler"), but have seen some posts from the forum archive and there are some similarities, not to mention this "Matt Patton" is in no way, shape or form some "new leader".

No offense implied, or anything, Matt Patton, just making an observation. You seem very knowledgeable and experienced, and most likely have a lot of prior experience in Simcountry, one way or another, or from one time or another.
