I googled this and there appeared to have been some discussion of this a couple of years ago, but I am running into it now. I am attempting to attack a C3, the Grand State of Daras. (My country is the Republic of Bagram on Golden Rainbow, Lynx Minor, Marbella Maximus.) I dispatched troops to go to the border. They show they are in Daras, but my units' logs say "Unit stopped at the border of . Declare war before you invade or ask the president for permission to travel through the country."
I understand if this was a player-controlled country or some other situation, but it's not. Anyone who can provide any suggestions? Thanks! Declare war before you invade or ask the president for permission to travel through the country. |
