So I'm a basic member and I have a space station, and when I try to buy a cargo shuttle it says buy it on portal or directly. But I do not know how, do I need to have, premium to do these things?

Does this mean that only premium members can have nuclear and tactical weapons?

No, just trade them. You can purchase them directly from another player.

Can this be done with the money of your nation as well or just cold goins? Sorry for all the questions btw.

Ask as many as you need to. That's the purpose here.

You'll probably be asked to pay in GC.

A direct trade will be $SC cash.

Crafty: So, that's paid from your general account's virtual assets, correct?

no, I was thinking country - country direct trade. That would be cash, no? But yeah, virtual assets could be used to exchange GC, bit complicated until we can package products. This new direct trade feature may be the way to go, haven't really checked it yet.

Is it correct to say that

Unless you buy or rent docking space first at a Space Station you cant use the Space Port or shuttle.

Or are some Space Stations free to dock?

You can use cargo shuttles to transport goods between your empires on each world (each space center you own). You only need a dock to trade space products.
