Selling quality product on space market (White Giant)

Hello,

If I sell my product on the space market, what is the profit of having a high quality? I could better have a low quality so my profit is bigger than selling a high quality...

Your customer may want a higher quality product and may bypass you in favor of another seller.

But you are unable to see the quality when buying, correct? Only if you go into docking stations (even then, you can't be sure where it comes from if they have more then 1 station)

True RagingPencil, but smart customers should inquire about quality before buying. Quality does affect performance of weapons and quality of thier products if it's a supply. I suppose it's really a balance of what sells and what doesnt.
