apperently they can't set trade strat
and they can't pop boost cause they have no gold coin
nor can they run an enterprise |

A free member can have a country or an enterprise, not both. I'd be curious if there are any free member enterprises out there.
Also, free members can buy gold coins. Even though they spend cash to do so, they're still technically "free members". |

Free members can not advance beyond Game Level 3, only full players can. |
