Loans! tons of them! (White Giant)

So even though i have positive profit, and enough cash, why does my country keep taking out loans? i looked on my list this morning and there were about 25 of them. I didn't do any of those myself. if the game wants me to take out so many loans, will it automatically pay them back as well?

Your loan payments don't amortize principal, only interest. The principal has to be repaid in full at the end of the loan period. If you don't have a positive cash balance large enough to cover the principal at the end of the loan period, the system will automatically credit you another loan.
