Uploading President Image, Flag, or Anthem (White Giant)

Hello,

When I go to try and upload a flag or picture for my countries I get stuck at the "ACCEPT" blue screen. The only button that works is I DO NOT AGREE. the Agree button doesn't work.

Was it disabled or is there a bug of some sort?

You are not a full member I suppose.

I had that problem in Opera about a month ago. It worked in Firefox. I'm still not sure just what caused it; I suspected a setting to block popups at the time.

It worked in firefox, it didn't work in Chrome! Kinda weird, but ah well :D

chrome is not much of a browser

I like chrome much better than any of the other ones...
