Common Market Clarification (White Giant)

Hello I was wondering a quick question.

The common market says that there is a limit of 25 players, and that you cannot join more than one common market.

Does this mean that it is 25 players (empires) or just 25 countries?

And are you still able to join a different market in a different country of the empire?

25 countries.

Each country in an empire can join a different common market if you like.

My advice is to stay away from the common markets if you wanna maximise your profits.

Common markets are good for country score though so if you wanna shoot up the leader board trade in the common market.
