I started my first Country and it seems to work well. Now is my goal to attack an computer controled country amd try to expand. After searching i found the sim wiki and have bought the offensive weapons to attack a near country.

My problem is that all my neighbor countries are controlled by a human player. How can i "cross" there territory to attack a country far away ?

And even if i can do it. Is it possible to win such a war ? What kind of troops are needed for such an attack ? Or what is "near".

Its my first attack and i really dont want to start a war and ruin my economy without a chance to win.

Suggestions ?

Thx for help!

You can do it easily enough Cethegus, BUT I would recommend for your very first C3 war you wait until a next door country becomes available. It probably wont be long as most countries are owned by free members who try for a day and never come back, so the country gets reset. Besides, the extra time lets you save a bit more, its an expensive business!

If you really cant wait, post again and we will show you the way to take a country that is not a neighbour. You will need a few special forces and several hundred military transport airplanes on top of the normal stuff. And a couple of rapid deployment forces. All pretty cheap stuff.

For future reference, you can send a message out to all your neighbours, asking if you can move troops through their state

Most likely, they are all inactive and you won't get a reply, but it's worth a shot. (this works right? have never done it, I can only assume.)

Good luck!
