What is this now? O_O And what am I supposed to do? Ignore it? Its something about aid to another country and I'm not quite sure why I'm getting a message about it >< Any info on the random ingame mail would be helpful! :D

The directions and details are in the random in-game email that was sent to you.

Go and look on the security council page and vote on the issue at hand.

Really simple and very intuitive.
