War Levels doubt (White Giant)

Hi,

I've been reading the docs but couldn't clarify my doubt.


If I happen to hit "War Level 3", will I be able then to attack country with presidents (non-C3) if they have War Level 0, 1 and 2?

Wow... that's not nice.

A - From what I remember from reading the docs also... it also says that you are only capable of declaring war on a NON-C3 country once you hit War Level 3 isn't it?


B - I don't remember seeing many players with War Level 3 on White Giant. It's like the destiny is to fight only 10 presidents, or fight C3 on different lvls.
Am I correct?

Its said the aim is for players to be able to declare 2 war levels above or below themselves (excepting 0,1 and 2). I dont think this has been implemented yet but I am unsure, if it isnt, it is in the pipeline I am sure I read somewhere.

Otherwise you can dec C3s and chose to move up a war level if you are successful or just remain where you are. C3s get harder as the war level increases, but so do the rewards.

A; You can always declare war on C3. The C3 are just getting harder to knock down as you advance in warlevels (but the booty is larger aswell).

B: Once you are warlevel 3 (pvp starts there) there is no return so many stay under warlevel 3. You are perhaps right, there are few outside Fearless Blue planet that plays active pvp atm.

I recommend you to advance to warlevel 2 atleast, if played right you can take 4 C3s before risking warlevel 3.

Nah, dont be a pussy, play the whole game not half of it. Get your war levels, get your coins and learn how to defend and fight.

So...........

I conquered one C3 and went from War Level 0 to War Level 1.
I conquered a second C3 (at War Level 1 difficult) and went from War Level 1 to War Level 2.


War Level tooltip says:
"
This is the war level of the country (empire). It is an indicator of the capabilities of the player. To get to higher war levels, you must fight wars of increasing complexity against computer controlled countries.
"


I thought it would require fighting more wars in War Level 1 to hit War Level 2.


If I conquer another C3 at War Level difficult 1 or 2.... Will I, automatically be hitting War Level on my empire?
Or to hit War Level 3 by attacking C3 it requires at least more than 1 war?

After yo pick a country and declare war, it will give you an option to fight at war lvl2 or war lvl3.

Yes.
The same happened in my second war... the options were:
Fight at war lvl 1
Fight at war lvl 2

I choosed to fight at war lvl 1, won the war and my war level was updated to war lvl 2.


Let me re-phrase.
I declare war against another C3 country, and the available options are:
fight at war lvl 2
fight at war lvl 3


No matter which war lvl I choose, once I win the war I will be hitting war lvl 3?

Based on this SC documentation, my understanding is that:
If my war lvl is 2, and I wanna be at war lvl 3...
then the only way for me to hit war lvl 3 on my empire is to win a war at "war level

One of my empires is at war level 2. I took a c3 to expand, chose to fight at war level 2 rather than war level 3. I'm still at war level 2.

This statement is correct. If you are leveling up for gold coins, you will have to increase your war levels.

Also, after the 6th win in total you will be promoted to warlevel 3 regardless if the war was fought at a lower level, so one cant stay warlevel 2 indefinitely if one like to raid c3.

I think that the same behaviour happens when you are in War Level 1. If you fight one war at war lvl 1 or 2, it will automatically move you to lvl 2.
