Debt of Slave Countries (White Giant)

I used to play this game quite a few years ago but a few things have changed. Just wondering- does the government debt of a slave country in any way shape or form get adopted by or affect the leader country of an Empire? What if a slave country were to aquire a large amount of debt and I were to somehow cancel my control over that country... would that be possible?

2: It will drag down your empire cash average. If your game-level is econ-based, it will affect your advance to next game level (slowing down winning GCs). Debt from the cxld country should transfer to your main on that world. (And I believe debt from your last country on a world is transferred to your basic game account. If someone else can confirm?)
