Loan Made - "Corporation Closed"! (Golden Rainbow)

Advice anyone? - I offered a loan; when I next checked the list of loans made, one came up as "Corporation Closed" - don't even know which one it was! Is that money just written off or does SimCountry have the facility of a Bankruptcy Court where I can make a claim?!

i believe, in time all loans are paid back to you even if its from the world bank
